Sales Manager – Indonesia (Opportunity Code: KPSG63823)
As a Sales Manager, your key responsibility is to develop and drive the growth strategies for the construction segment. You will develop the sales and distribution channels as well as take a strategic approach in leading product introduction and awareness in the Indonesian market. Ability to develop sales and service programs to support the strategies established will be crucial.
To be considered for this role, you should:
- Be Degree qualified in Engineering or its equivalent;
- Possess at least of 8 years proven sales track record in heavy equipments;
- Be equipped with an excellent understanding of the construction industry;
- Good knowledge and experience working on government infrastructure based projects;
- Ability to work independently and willingness to travel at least 60% of the time;
- Possess excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills and a flair in customer relations;
- Ability or experience in negotiating and participating in tenders and drawing up sales and service contracts;
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
