MATERIAL QUALITY ENGINEER
The Job Role :

  • Provide technical support to supply chain management function, i.e. to audit and manage technical aspects of all except for electrical commodities
  • Coordinate root causes analysis and corrective actions on both quality and supply related technical issues
  • Act as focal point in quality and reliability issues with internal & external customers
  • Participate actively in scrap reduction and yield improvement programs
  • Accountable for supplier performance metric i.e. quality & delivery
  • Appointed as representative for MRB activities, to take responsibility to ensure deviated materials that require MRB decision are properly carried our and documented as per quality system requirements
  • Ensuring equipment support use by material quality department are properly maintained and calibrated in accordance to quality system requirements
  • Where required, MQ Engineer is responsible to perform or conduct supplier surveillance, first article inspection approval and/or process audits at periodic intervals

Requirements:

  • Degree in engineering or a relevant discipline with 2 or more years of working experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Diploma in Engineering or a relevant discipline with 5 or more years of working experience in similar environment
  • Good knowledge of statistical tools i.e. SPC and quality improvement techniques
  • Familiar and knowledgeable in quality management system i.e. ISO procedures and AS9000 standards
  • Anticipating, meeting and/or exceeding customers needs, wants and expectations.
  • Goals orientated
  • Willing to work and live in Lobam- Bintan Island.

PLANNER
Job Role :

  • Assist the Dept Head in capacity and resource planning, in line with business objectives
  • Maintain master production schedules, able to plan and schedule production builds to meet customers delivery requirement, highlight and communicate issues and concern to internal and external customer and establish priorities too ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Plan and release the PCBA schedule & purchase order to subcontractor and interact with them to ensure timely arrival of goods and achieve order fulfillment requirement, attend meeting and participate actively in decision making when issues arise
  • Perform continuous monitoring to help minimize exposure and shortage, work together with production to ensure meeting customers delivery request and the monthly schedule.

Requirements:

  • Degree (S1)
  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems
  • At least 3 years’ experience in production planning in a manufacturing environment, preferably in electronics manufacturing
  • Basic knowledge of purchasing functions is  desirable
  • Willing to work and live in Lobam – Bintan Island.

EXIM OFFICER
Requirements :

  • Degree or Diploma with 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in freight forwarding and Export & Import arrangements.
  • Familiar with Indonesian custom & Excise regulations
  • Good understanding of L/C, Packing List, Export / Import Documentations.
  • Working knowledge on government / custom arrangements.

Job Role :

  • Handle all custom related  and Bintan Bonded zone  issues
  • Provide support on all logistics and shipping related arrangements

Senior Test Engineer (Bintan Island/Kepulauan Riau)
This position is for Electronic Test Services department. We are looking for a senior Test Engineer to lead our support for test equipment in Bintan factory and Singapore Repair & Overhaul site. This position will be responsible for:

  • Interfacing with test operators, troubleshoot technicians, and operations managers to identify and resolve Test related issues
  • Implementing common processes and tool deployment
  • Establishing Preventative Maintenance procedures
  • Identifying test equipment obsolescence issues and helping work resolutions to these problems
  • Closely work with Calibration Lab to maintain all equipments in top gear

Additional responsibilities will include the development of efficient troubleshooting processes, root cause test failures, and identify trends in test equipment failures.

This position will require a candidate who is agile and can adjust work and priorities quickly based on input / feedback from various sources including: factory leads, test operators and Programs and Operations Managers.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent bachelors of science degree
  • Seven years engineering experience
  • Previous experience in a test related support function
  • Project Management experience
  • Minimum 2 year Team lead experience
  • Minimum 3 year Aerospace or relevant industry exposure preferred

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with production Final Acceptance Testing
  • Experience with Automated Test Equipment (VXI, GPIB, etc.)
  • Trouble shooting experience & systems knowledge
  • Programming skills. Due to the diversity of programming languages and test executives, experience in all areas is not expected, but a wide background in languages/scripting is very helpful. Specific skills being sought: C, LabView, LabWindows, Test Stand, heavy scripting (JAX is ideal)
  • Past experience with test fixture & cable troubleshoot
  • Familiar with ATR test platforms (STS-xxxx, ATEC, Vector, STZ, FMSTP, etc.) is a plus
  • Knowledge of ATR & BGA products a plus
  • Familiarity with aircraft systems and I/O protocols (A429, A629, AFDX, CAN, etc.) a plus
  • Experience with Calibration Lab operation a plus.
  • Experience with Environment test equipments preferred.

Product Support Electrical Engineer (Bintan Island/Kepulauan Riau)
Responsibilities:

  • Perform root cause analysis and corrective action on product electrical failures
  • Propose, evaluate and implement solutions to enhance product quality and improve test processes
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining Automatic (ATE), Manual test systems and procedures
  • Execute product transfer to manufacturing and participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical / Electronics with 3 – 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Good understanding and working knowledge of schematics
  • Strong electronics background and able to troubleshoot to component level
  • Proven to be able to do root cause and corrective action on electrical issues with at least 3 years of similar experience
  • Has a good track record of being able to drive thru solutions and be pro-active. Has displayed an ability to work under the pressures of production and have a sense of urgency..
  • Have a sense of product ownership
  • Have a lot of initiative to learn and works independently.
  • RF (Radio Frequency )  knowledge/experience would be advantageous.
  • Design experience would be advantageous.
  • Those who have worked in a manufacturing environment would also be preferred.
  • Willing to work and live in Lobam ( Bintan)

Product Support Mechanical Engineer (Bintan Island/Kepulauan Riau)
Responsibilities:

  • Performing root cause analysis on product mechanical failures
  • Propose and implement solutions to enhance product quality and yields
  • Maintaining accurate product structure, MBOM, Wis and Pizza Drawings on CO implementation
  • Improving on process methodology through the use of jigs and fixtures
  • Liaise with vendors on parts fabrication
  • Execute product transfer and participate in new product development in a cross functional environment when the need arises
  • Training production associates on new process methodology
  • Auditing production associates on their skill/discipline in performing existing process
  • Provide engineering support in products First Article Inspection
  • Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for problem solving
  • Customer-focused and task oriented
  • Ability to work independently and in a team

Requirements:

  • Good Honors Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Production Engineering preferably with relevant experience in handling Communication, Navigation and GPS Avionics products
  • High degree of technical competence, creativity and analytical skills
  • Working proficiency in Pro-Engineer and AutoCad

Buyer (Bintan Island/Kepulauan Riau)
Specific Responsibilities Include

  • Research and select vendors on approved listing per part specifications, requirements, price, and supplier quality and delivery records.
  • Manage inventory, shortages, supplier defects, materials cycle time and pricing metrics.
  • Negotiate with vendors on cost reductions and sourcing for new parts
  • Negotiate with suppliers to participate in Kanban system as well as manage optimal Kanban pack sizes and days.

  • Search out alternate solutions or vendors during shortages of parts.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or Purchasing Management with 3 years’ related purchasing experience, or
  • Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering with 5 years’ working experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
  • Basic knowledge/ skills in purchasing functions and working knowledge of MRP with proficiency in MS office applications.
  • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills in communicating with external parties.
