Product Support Manager - Surface Drilling Equipment (Balikpapan Base)
Scope
Reporting directly to Aftermarket Manager South East Asia, this person will manage Sandvik Aftermarket Service and Warranty for Surface Mining Drills.
Key Responsibilities
He/She is responsible for the management of Sandvik Maintenance Personnel, to review cost structures/ budgets and review staffing levels regularly to ensure the service team within the Product Company grows to meet market demand.
Your profile
The qualified candidate will possess relevant working knowledge of Heavy Equipment in relation to Surface Mining Industry. He/she should also have minimum of 5 years experience as a Service Manager or similar, in a major equipment sates company or dealer organization with proven leadership skills. He/she should computer literate, have interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken as well as good analytical, planning and problem solving skills. He/She must have an ability to culturally observant and sensitive to all staff, customers and local populations as defined by Sandvik s Codes of Conduct. Having previous exposure to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) business systems and knowledge of or experience handling warranty, claims with OEM s are is preferred.
