Formulation Manager
Minimum Education
S1 - Natural Sciences from an established university
Job Responsibilty
To manage new product formulation development process, meet quality standard, provide quick, cost effectively, and legally conforming product and delivering all those aspects “on time”
Special Expertise
- 4-5 years working in a research & development laboratory with ‘hands on’ experience of formulation and testing.
- Familiarity with NPD project, R & D Lab and people management
- Have excellent knowledge on personal care & cosmetic especially in Baby & Kids area
- Able to manage a portfolio of projects and technologies to deliver the business requirements in Asia
- Able to translate Consumer insight into technical insight
Communication & Skill
Good written and oral presenation skill, good English, computer literate, data and problem analysis and strong leladership.
Profile
Preferably below 30 yrs old. Hard worker, teamwork and cooperation.
