Fit Out Project Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum graduate majoring in Architecture background.
- Minimum 5 years in fit-out contracting / office interior project
- Have knowledge in technical matters of fit-out / office interiors projects,
- Good in written and spoken English
- Good command in English both spoken & written
- Good team player, honest, hard worker, independent and discipline oriented spirit.
- Strong leadership and an ability to control project team.
- Strong cost control management ability
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Would be able to start immediately
Fit Out Project Supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelors Degree or Academy / Diploma graduate majoring in Architecture background.
- Minimum 3 years in fit-out contracting / office interior project
- Have knowledge in technical matters of fit-out / office interiors projects,
- Able to work with minimum supervision and in a constrain time
- To be able to finish the job with minimum supervision in timely manner; familiar with working under pressure,
- Good team player, honest, hard worker, independent and discipline oriented spirit.
- Would be able to start immediately
Electrical Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for electrical design.
- Preparing working drawings.
- Over viewing installation.
- Preparing budget associated with electrical aspect.
Requirements:
- Minimum S.1 from reputable university majoring in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years work experience in related position.
- Minimum 5 years experience in supervises of installation
- Would be able to start immediately
