Production Manager (PDM)
Job Description :
Monitor daily yield, analyze defects’ trends, and initiate counter measures to achieve productivity and product quality.
Job Qualification :
- Male
- Minimum 30 years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Food Technology)
- Having 5 - 8 years experience at managerial level in food manufacturing industry
- Mastering all aspects of production and post-production management
- Having excellent knowledge and skill in mechanic or electronic field
- Strong leadership, positive, strategic-minded, and excellent communication skills
- Having knowledge and experiences in HACCP & GMP
- Fluent in Mandarin language is preferred
- Willing to be placed in Karawang – West Java or Sidoarjo – East Java
Marketing Administrator (MADM)
Job Description :
Do administrative duties to support the Marketing Department in achieving its objectives
Job Qualification :
- Female, maximum 25 years old
- Bachelor Degree in any majoring
- Preferably with 1-2 year(s) of experience in administration
- Skillful in administrative tasks, accurate, and well-organized
- Must be proficient in using MS Office
- Fluent in Mandarin is preferred
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta or Karawang – West Java
Marketing Trainee (MKT)
Job Description :
Plan and implement marketing activities and conduct market development survey of company’s products.
Job Qualification :
- Male, maximum 27 years old
- Bachelor Degree, preferably in Business/ Marketing Management (GPA ≥ 2.80)
- Preferably with 1-2 year(s) of working experience in related field. Fresh graduates may also apply
- Having excellent knowledge about marketing concepts and principles, coupled with strong analytical skill
- Strong leadership accompanied with good interpersonal and communication skill
- Fluent in Mandarin is preferred
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Owns car driving license
- Willing to be placed in any location in Indonesia (Pekanbaru, Padang, Lampung, Bandung, Garut, Subang, Jabodetabek, Samarinda, Manado, and Semarang)

Job Description :
Do secretarial duties in order to facilitate the General Manager in running company’s management.
Job Qualification :
- Female, maximum 30 years old
- Hold degree in Secretary (GPA > 3.00)
- Having minimum 2 years secretarial experience
- Having excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Accurate and well-organized, target-oriented, and able to work under minimum supervision
- Fluent in English (both oral and written) and Mandarin (minimum oral)
- Must be proficient in using MS Office
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta
