MARKETING SPECIALIST (Job code: DCP - MS)
Responsibilities:
- Create pesticide product development plan prior to delivery to the market place in order to get good farmer/customer acceptance.
- Ensure successful launching of any new product by having a good plan.
- Maintain or increase the market share of current product through powerful marketing initiatives.
- Properly segmentation of current insecticide to support stewardship program and increase market share
- Lead the field team on implementation of all insecticide control matters
- Lead and identify any market research activities needed
- Gather, analyze and communicate market place information
Requirements:
- Graduated from a reputable university, with Bachelor degree in Agriculture.
- Minimum 3 years work related experience in sales and/or marketing in pesticide industry.
- Have a good experience in any pesticide marketing project.
- Depth knowledge and skills in the product development process
- IT literate and fluent in English.
- Mobility to travel to different sites and market areas.
R & D SPECIALIST (Job Code: DCP - RD)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Achieve R&D objectives in line with company core values and the agreed-to plan.
- Develop and implement plans to meet competitive trust.
- Assist in development of sales aids/literature and participate in product launching/promotions.
- Lead the implementation of the country product stewardship plan.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree (M.S./Ph.D.) in Agricultural or Biological Science discipline.
- Extensive experience in agricultural field research methods and techniques from a reputable organization or industry.
- Good communication skill (both in Bahasa and English)
- Strong interpersonal skills, good team player and leader, and commitment to people development
- Knowledge of cropping practices, pests and crop protection markets
- Excellent understanding of designing research programs
