Export Shipping
GENERAL DESCRIPTION :
- Prepare shipment schedule and plan for the following week
- Arranging shipping schedule with shipping lines and forwarding agents
- Arranging product stuffing with EMKL (in land trucking company)
- Notify customers on shipment schedule
- Documents needed depends on the Country regulation such as: BL, Commercial invoice, Packing list, Shipping Instruction, PEB, Fumigation, CO (Form A, B, or D), Surat Jalan, Health certificate, Physonitary Cert, Beneficiary cert, Packing declaration, Weight note, Free sale, and legalized documents by embassy.
- Co-ordinate with shipping lines and forwarding agents after shipment for documents
- Email and send the documents to Customers
- Weekly and monthly report on the sales to Accounting and Export Manager
- Report on the export expenses
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Education Background : S1 degree majoring in Business industry (Management preferred)
- Has experience of at least 2 to 4 years working experiences as Export shipping documents staff
- Good Communication skills (ability to build communication to all level of people)
- Good in English correspondence
- Good Administrative Skill
- Good Personal Adaptability
Product Developer - Syrup
Job Description :
- Improving product quality to get better product, prepare new product
- To coordinate the developments stage of new product launch from lab scale work up to batch trial and production
- To coordinate for BIPC application and BOM accuracy
Requirements :
- University Degree in food Technology or Chemical Engineering
- Has experience 1 years in Flavour House Company
- Female, Max 28 Years age
- Fluent in English both oral & Written
- Well known food additive usage, food chemical reaction, microbiology, sensory well trained
- Problem Solver, Committed , good in planning and organizing
Cost Accounting Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for plant inventory valuation.
- Perform month-end costing closing.
- Calculate cost simulation for existing and new products.
- Bill of materials and item master monitoring.
- Analyze cost variances.
- Analyze product margin.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership, result oriented, hard working, highly motivated and ability to work under pressure.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree education in Accounting.
- Has experience of at least 3 years in a similar role, preferably in a large multi national company
- Experience in BPCS or equivalent.
- Good in English both oral and written.
- Proficient in Excel and Power Point.
