OMC Engineer Code: MGS-OMCR (Jakarta)
Job Descriptions:
To work for Nokia Siemens OMC equipment
Experience Required:
1 to 2 years relevant experience in Telco Industry
Responsibilities:
- Should have Basic Telecom Knowledge, GSM Technology and Fundamental of Wireless technology. Should have relevant work experience in Nokia or Siemens OMC covering a number of the following areas:
- Good understanding of BTS, BSC, MSC and OSS products, elements and functions
- Understand various priority levels and SLA
- Ability to login and execute set of standards in Nokia or Siemens OMC
- Generate trouble ticket
- Analyze and define modification as required by the network
- Generate performance and alarm reports
- Ability to escalate and communicate to support teams
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering
- Ability to work long hours
- Strong leadership and team player
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Senior Engineer Code: MGS-SE (Jakarta, Sumatra)
Job Descriptions:
To work as RF Supervisor or Project Manager
Experience Required :
4-5years relevant experience in Telco Industry
Responsibilities :
- Should have Basic Telecom Knowledge
- GSM Technology and Fundamental of Wireless technology
- Able to handle turnkey project independently
- Good understanding of BTS, BSC, MSC and OSS products, elements and functions
- Motivate team
- Meet with Target define by customer
- Able to secure acceptance from customer
- Cost control and effective management
- Good communication skills
- Ability to escalate and communicate to support teams
