Production Supervisor
You will be responsible for:
- Plan, supervise and control the production in order to maximize the Q/C/D achievements and thus satisfy the customer
- Monitor the material that will be used in the process or material stock in the warehouse.
- Establish the report to the superior if there are any deviations done in the production process.
- Discipline and establish the discipline behavior among the employees include accomplishment of ISO procedure.
- Define a sustainable & continues improvement project / programming order to maximize and permanently increase productivity and quality
Your profile: Bachelor Degree in Electrical (arus kuat), Experience with related field, min. 3 years will be an advantage, Have a knowledge in EHS procedures, Lean Manufacturing, Fluent in English both oral and written, Able to operate PC Office Software Application, A team player, Highly motivated and integrated. Has knowledge in transformer production process.
This position is based in Jakarta
Logistic Engineer
You will be responsible for:
Have a capacity to manage master production schedule, Perform & coordinate procurement activates, Control material requirement planning.
Your profile: Electrical or Industrial Engineer, Experience with related field, min. 1 years will be an advantage, Fresh graduate are welcome, Have a knowledge in EHS procedures Fluent in English both oral and written, Able to operate PC Office Software Application, A team player, highly motivated and integrated.
This position is based in Jakarta
Sourcing Manager (1 person) & Sourcing Engineer (2 person)
You will be responsible for:
- Set up strategic alliances with national & international suppliers.
- To select reliable sources of supply, supervise purchasing, control price and quality and to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and suppliers.
- Recommend sourcing policy & determine procedures within the limits of delegated authority & in accordance with company policy and procedures.
- Prepare detailed financial analysis in support of sourcing strategies and obtain the savings.
Your profile: Electrical Degree or Master from reputable University with min experience 3 years (SE), 6 years (SM), Have a dynamic of negotiation and supply contract, Able to operate well PC Office software application, Have an experience with MV & LV Switchgear, or Transformer products, Have a good leadership, Good communication in English, Have a knowledge in EHS procedures, A team player, Highly motivated and integrated.
This position is based in Jakarta
Test & Quality Engineer
You will be responsible for:
- Supervise the product final test and responsible for the product quality as the requirement
- Standardizing the requirement and evaluating for improper test result
- Defining product quality control & testing
Your profile: Electrical Degree in electrical (power system) with min 3-4 years experience on transformer manufacturing, Have a competency in production quality control, Good performance in test competency, Have good experience in Lean Manufacturing, Have a good knowledge in ISO & EHS, Able to speak English both oral and written, Able to operate PC Office Software Application, A team player, Highly motivated and integrated.
