Industrial Relation
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Law / Management
- Having good knowledge in Labour Union
- Min 3 years experience handling Industrial Relations, in plantation business is additional advantage
- Strong knowledge and implementation in Government Regulations
- Willing to be based at remote area
Workshop Manager
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree from Automotive Engineering/Mechanical Engineering
- Experience to handle HINO, Nissan, heavy trucks, Mitsubishi Strada 4WD, CASE and Caterpillar motor grader , Komatsu Excavators and Wheel Loaders, Sakai Compactors, JCB Back Hoe
- Able to manage mechanics and helpers
- Able to plan and implement a Preventive Maintenance program
- Able to communicate and maintain contract service with Original Equipment Manufacture
- Able to coordinate and train workshop force,maintain and update Training master for all the new equipment
- Able to do spare parts and stock management
- Computer literacy skills ( Ms Word, Ms Excell, and Power Point )
- Willing to work and live in remote location
CIVIL ENGINEERING
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree from Civil Engineering / Structural Engineer
- Able to design steel and concrete light tomedium structures like, water tanks, stores, piping, houses, culverts, and bridges
- Every good knowledge/experience on construction site supervision
- Able to operate program Auto Cad and produce technical drawing with details
- Able to estimate materials for Bill Of Quantity ( BOQ ) and negotiate the contracts
- Good knowledge on hydrology and drainage
- Able to monitor and maintain all the installation as above
- Computer literacy skills ( Ms Word, Ms Excell, and Power Point )
- Willing to work and live in remote location
Location for all positions: Manis Mata, Ketapang, West Kalimantan
