Multimedia Design Lecturers
Responsibilities :
- Design course curriculum materials in Multimedia Design
- Plan and deliver these lessons clearly
- Develop students’ creativity and problem solving skills through study, research and practical projects
- Ensure student discipline
- Assist with school promotional activities
- Full-time expatriate lecturer
- Part-time local lecturer
Requirements :
- A Bachelors Degree in Computer Art, Multimedia Design, New Media, Visual Communications or equivalent from a recognized academic institution
- At least 5 years’ industry experience with a credible portfolio
- Preferably 2 years lecturing experience in Animation, Design Principles, HTML, Multimedia Design, Video and Special Effects, Web Design or any other relevant study areas
- Can adapt to a multi-cultural setting with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to handle students of different nationalities
- Will be placed in Indonesia and willing to relocate to one of our Asian campus
- Preferable Native speakers
Fashion Design Lecturers
Responsibilities :
- Design course curriculum materials for lessons in Fashion Design
- Plan and deliver these lessons in a clear and appropriate manner
- Monitor and endeavor to maintain high student moral and motivation
- Ensure student discipline
- Assist with school promotional activities
- Full-time expatriate lecturer
- Part-time local lecturer
Requirements :
- Bachelors Degree in Fashion Design or equivalent from a recognized academic institution
- 5 years industry experience with a credible portfolio
- Preferably 2 years lecturing experience in Fashion Communication & Co-ordination, Fashion Design, Illustration, Pattern Drafting & Draping, Sewing Techniques, or other relevant areas of study
- Dynamic and enthusiastic, with an interest to nurture students and to help them achieve their potential
- Creative with an ability to adapt to a multi-cultural setting and to handle students of different nationalities
- Will be placed in Indonesia and willing to relocate to one of our Asian campus.

Interior Design / Interior Architecture Lecturers
Responsibilities :
- Design course curriculum materials in Interior Design / Interior Architecture

Requirements :
- Bachelors Degree in Interior Design and/or Interior Architecture from a recognized academic institution
- At least 5 years’ industry experience with a credible portfolio
- Preferably 2 years lecturing experience in Art History, CAD, Design Principles, Furniture Design, Rendering or any other relevant study areas
- Can adapt to a multi-cultural setting with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to handle students of different nationalities

HR assistant
Responsibility :
- Have Knowledge of Indonesia Human resource rules and regulation
- Manage and Maintain employee records
- Able to maintain employee health insurance and Jamsostek
- Provide general admin duties as needed for other department

Requirement :

- Minimum 1 year relevant experience

Administration Executive/ Manager
Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain all student records
- Administer a range of student academic services from enrolment to graduation
- Student academic services include class scheduling, issuance of transcript, collection of course fee
- Cultivating good relationships with students, and addressing their needs in administration-related matters and career development
- General admin duties
Requirements :
- Diploma/Degree
- Have sense of urgency in meeting deadline
- Possess good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.

IT Executive
Responsibilities :
- Provide desktop, server, network administrative and support within the office.
- Enforce IT policies, standards operating procedures and system security
- Liaise with external IT vendors and Corporate HQ IT
Requirement :
- Diploma/Degree in Computing Science/IT or related
- Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in desktop support, server and network administration in Windows environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in verbal & written communication in English an added advantage
- Possess positive personally, working attitude and customer-focused
Sales Consultant/Education Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate activities such as open house, Education fairs, workshop and recruiting potential students though one to one consultation and presentation
- Course Consultation to potential students by understanding their interest and recommend the suitable program to them
- Plan School talks and campaigns in government schools and private institutions, locally and in overseas. Administer and follow up with students’ enrollment and ensure timely tuition fees payment
- Attend to enquiries through phone, email, and walk in appointments. Ensure proper management of enquiry database
- Telemarketing and follow up on potential students for registration of program
- Achieve quarterly targets set by management and generate ideas for more sales
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Business Tourism etc
- Minimum 2 years experience preferably sales and marketing experiences in education or any industry
- Aggressive in achieving sales target and result oriented, able to work in fast paced environment
Accountant /Accounting Assistant
Responsibilities :
- Assist in cash flow management, budget & forecast preparation, financial analysis
- Monthly and quarterly financial reporting in accordance with established accounting standards
- Assist to ensure internal control compliance in key operation cycles
- Liaises with external auditors, tax agents, bank and government agencies.
- Ad hoc projects
Requirement :
- Possess minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting
- At least 2 years of relevant professional working experience (Prior audit experience will be an advantage)
- Sound knowledge of accounting, taxation standards and relevant statutory requirement.
- Hands-on, proactive and positive work attitude with strong communication, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Organized, meticulous, committed, independent but yet also an excellent team player.
