Microfinance Innovation Center for Resources and Alternatives (MICRA) , a local foundation founded by Mercy Corps. with the purpose of building the institutional strength in microfinance sector, is looking for qualified Indonesian citizens to join with us. The positions are full-time consulting contracts. All positions are based in Jakarta, require strong English language and computer skills, the ability to travel, and the following qualifications and requirements
Research & Innovations Unit Manager (Code:RIUM)
- Master degree in business, finance or related field
- At least 10 years experience in development and implementation of research projects, preferably related to finance or economic development
- Experience in leading research project and writing analytical reports
- At least 5 years experience in senior management
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including ability in strategic planning, as well as to develop and manage work plan and budget
- Demonstrated experience in client management and market research projects
Knowledge Management / Networking Officer (Code:NET)
- A minimum bachelor degree in marketing/public relations (or equivalent) and advanced degree is preferred
- Demonstrated experiences in the area of public relations and ability in managing relationship with strategic partners
- At least 3 years experience in relationship management
- Experience in microfinance institution or related business is preferable
- Good understanding of principles, concepts, and practices of microfinance industry is an advantage
- Proven planning and organizational skills including administration
- A strong English skill to be able to work with donor agency
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
Rating Unit Manager (Code:RAUM)
- Master degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related field
- At least 10 years experience in fields of microfinance, commercial banking or related field, leading project & writing analytical report
- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, budgeting and financial oversight
- At least 5 years experience in senior management
- Demonstrated experience in risk assessment in MFI or related institutions
- Demonstrated experience in client management and ability to market rating products
- English language fluency and solid redaction skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel
Rating Analyst (Code:RA)
- A minimum bachelor degree in Accounting, economics, finance or related field (or equivalent) and advanced degree is preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in auditing, accounting or as financial/credit analyst in commercial banking
- English language fluency and solid redaction skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and especially excel
- Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time
Senior Accountant (Code:SA)
- A minimum bachelor degree in accounting and advanced degree is preferred
- A certified accountant holder
- At least 5 years experience in private sector accounting
- Demonstrated ability to create financial reporting and accounting framework
- Demonstrated experience in tax reporting, tax compliance, financial projections and budgeting
- Demonstrated experience in administration and file management as well as strong analytical skills
