Sales Engineer for Mining Products BANJARMASIN BASED (SE-MINE)
The incumbent will be responsible to promote & sell 3M Mining products, to manage key accounts for ensuring customer loyalty & intimacy, to manage distributors to expand market coverage, to develop & manage new markets & target accounts in line with the division strategies, to create awareness of 3M Mining Products through seminars and professional consultations and to provide after sales support and services such as product training and fit testing.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical Engineering with minimum 2 years selling experience in Industrial Market or relevant market.
- Have good networking in the relevant market will be an advantage.
- Have good business development experience is an advantage.
- The applicants should be Banjarmasin Local Residence. Non Banjarmasin Local Residence will be treated as a local hire.
- Good command in English for both oral and written.
- Familiar with MS office and its applications.
- Excellent of communication and presentation skill.
- Self motivated, independent, self starter, strategically & tactically thinking, self driven person and able to work under pressure with very limited supervision.

The incumbent will be responsible to promote & sell 3M OH&ES products; to manage key accounts for ensuring customer loyalty & intimacy, to manage distributors to expand market coverage, to develop & manage new markets & target accounts in line with the division strategies, to create awareness of Occupational Health & Safety through seminars and professional consultations and to provide after sales support and services such as product training and fit testing.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree, preferably in Chemical Engineering/ Biology/ Chemistry with minimum 2 years selling experience in industrial market
- Result oriented person, aggressive and able to accomplish the work under limited supervision
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
- Good command of English for both verbal and written
- Computer Literate

The incumbent will be responsible to provide product support for Mining Division Team in accomplishing customer requirements, to conduct product application evaluation and modification of application, to support key accounts for continuous services & customer satisfaction, to present product application to customer and to provide after sales support and services such as application training and fit testing.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical Engineering with minimum 2 years experience in direct contact with customer within industrial market.
- Understand the concept of Mining process, technology and procedure will be an advantage.
- Result oriented person, aggressive and able to accomplish the work under limited supervision.
- Demonstrate the excellent communication skills (speaking, writing, reading and listening) in both local language and English.
- Be proficient in using the personal computer, which includes software, databases and the Internet.
- Hard working and good time management.
- Be proficient in using instrumentation that relates to mining industry process.
- Self motivated and team player.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skill.

- Have willingness to travel to remote area or sites extensively.
Product Support Engineer for Occuptional Health & Environmental Safety Division
The incumbent will be responsible to provide product support for OH&ES Division Team in accomplishing customer requirements, to conduct product application evaluation and modification of application, to support key accounts for continuous services & customer satisfaction, to present product application to customer and to provide after sales support and services such as application training and fit testing.

Customer Service Representative (CSR)
The incumbent will be responsible for the following duties:
- Managing the customer service function which is starting from ordering process to delivery and after sales service to improve our Customer Satisfaction Performance
- Mostly handling the Key Account Customers for the products among some business units
- Managing the On-Time In-Full Delivery Performance
- Initiating and follow up the complaint to improve Customer Complaint Response Time
- Working closely with customer, business people and inventory control/ planner
- Managing well the customer forecast
- Creating regular reports/ information to business unit and customers (such as inventory status, shipping information, order taking, etc.)
- Handling customer’ inquiries through electronics tools (customer’s portal, internet, etc.)
- Involving in the regular Sales & operational Planning Meeting to support the business growth
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Service area (Order Processing)
- Proactive, highly initiative, communicative, problem solver, target oriented are a must
- University graduate from any fields
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Familiar with Microsoft Office application
- Having experience in BPCS is an advantage
INVENTORY PLANNER (IP)
To be part of Logistics & Supply Chain Team, you will be responsible to manage inventory of more than thousands commodity items, to ensure continues supply with appropriate inventory level of each item and to be a central communication between source of supply and sales marketing organization. In addition, performing inter company purchasing is also part of your duties.
Minimum Requirements:
- Preferably holding a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or Accounting.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in handling inter company/ overseas purchasing activities.
- Familiar with BPCS & AS 400 system focus on inventory management module.
- Computer literate - Advance level - Excel, Access, Power point.
- Good command of English for both verbal and written.
- Result oriented person, self driven, aggressive and highly motivated individual.
