Project Coordinator
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Coordinate projects throughout the whole sales process
- Follow up on projects and maintain close working relationships with customers
- Prepare quotations, specs, schedules, progress reports, trouble shoot, etc
- Follow up on projects off & on site
- Monitor and manage day-to-day operations including coordinating activities with sub-contractors and liaise with all party involved in the project
- Liaise with suppliers on site delivery and installation schedule
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum a Diploma in M&E Engineering, Building Services or its equivalent
- Minimum 2 to 3 years’ relevant experience in architectural works and site coordination
- Good project management skills and able to run projects independently
- Able to liaise with consultants and clients on technical matters
- Understand client requirements in order to evaluate and suggest solutions
- Manage and monitor the progress of assigned projects
- Prepare quotations, process sales orders and other sales documents
Sales & Marketing Executive
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To prospect for new business opportunities / company’s Interior Design services
- To perform telemarketing
- Canvassing of new sales to prospective customers
- Preparing quotations, follow up and closing of sales
- Attend meeting with customers on their Interior Design needs & requirements
- Liaise with clients and sub-contractors
- Working with the design department to present and market the design concepts
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- GCE ‘O’ level & above with 2 to 3 years of Sales & Marketing experience
- A self motivated, aggressive with initiative and disciplined individual
- Ability to challenge and achieve sales goals
- Comfortable to perform telemarketing and loves meeting
- Work exposure from Commercial Interior design or related sector is a great advantage
