Trading Analyst (6 Months)
Job Summary
- Generate daily reports and review for accuracy of daily changes in volumetric and profit/loss position, at individual portfolio level, before distribution of the reports to traders/managers
- Work with Blenders closely in order to capture cargo blending in trading system and perform timely initial allocations for cargoes moving in/out from inventory.
- Input trade data into trading system in accordance with timeline requirements and distribute details to internal stakeholders
- Verify trader-entered deals for accuracy and completeness
- Input revisions to existing deals as advised by traders, or in order to align trades for allocations/actualizations as cargo status changes.
- Coordinate the ICTS inventory tank rolling on monthly basis
- Initiate new portfolios, reviews inactivate portfolios and liaises with Risk control team for closure of portfolios within the compliance policy.
- Review Risk Control’s 24hours violation and modification reports for PSAT. Investigate and provide justification for any violations and modifications.
- Report trading system errors to support team and follow up the status of the issues logged.
Requirements
- Strong Excel applications skills and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing
- Good learning attitude
- Ability to work well in a team
- Minimum Diploma with at least 1 year of relevant experience in trading system
