Recruitment And Selection Staff ( RS )
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in Psychology/Psychologist, familiar with Psychological test administration and make psychological report for employee recruitment, with max 1 year experience in Psychology Consultant.
- Female, max 25 years old.
- Mature, analytical, independent, and good communication skill.
- Willing to travel.
General Affair Officer ( GA )
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in Technique (Machine/Electro)/Civil Engineering, with 1 year experience in vehicle and building maintenance.
- Male, max 28 years old.
- Independent, initiative and good communication skill.
- Computer literate.
- Willing to travel.
- Placement in Medan, Palembang, Jogja, Semarang, Bandung, Makasar, Malang.
Internal Control Staff ( IC )
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree from Management/Industry.
- Fresh graduate or with some experience as Auditor max 2 years.
- Preferably male, max 27 years old.
- Have license and own motorcycle.
- Computer literate.
- Placement in Jakarta, Bandung, Solo, Medan, Pekanbaru, Makasar.
Programmer ( PRG )
Requirements :
- Diploma/Bachelor degree in Information Technology or Information Management.
- Fresh graduate or with some experience.
- Max. 27 years old.
- Have a good knowledge and skill in programming language (C#.NET, MSSQL, Java, J2SE, J2EE, J2ME, PHP, MySQL). Independent, initiative and willing to work hard.
Building Supervisor ( BS )
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering, with GPA min 3,00 ( scale 4 ).
- Minimum have 2 years experience in design and supervised project construction.
- Preferable male, max 25 years old.
- Good knowledge about Autocad, BoQ, As Built Drawing, Construction Drawing.
- Independent, initiative, and willing to work hard.
- Placement in Sayung, Demak.
Technique Supervisor ( Tech Spv )
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree from Technique ( Machine/Electro ).
- Male, max 30 years old. Min 2 years experience in the same field in Manufacturing.
- 2 position : placement in Gunung Putri, Bogor and Sayung, Demak.
Personnel & GA Supervisor (PGA)
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in Psychology/Psychologist, max 30 years old.
- Experience min 2 years in handling personnel, GA Manufacturing industry.
- Preferably familiar with Psychological test administration and handling training.
- Have a good knowledge about labor law and capable in handling personnel issues.
- Mature, independent and good communication skill.
FA Supervisor ( FA Spv )
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree from Accounting.
- Experience min 3 years as a staff or 1 year as a supervisor in the same field.
- Analytical, communicative, and have a strong leadership skill.
