Kimly Construction Pte Ltd was incorporated in 1975 and is one of the established local construction company registered with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) in the A1 category in General Building and C2 category in Civil Engineering. Due to our rapid growth in Singapore, we are seeking qualified individuals to join our team as:
SITE ENGINEER
JOB SCOPE
Responsible for executing the company projects in building construction.
Duties include:
- Review project specifications and technical clarifications
- Prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies
- Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
- Supervise the construction works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
- Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
- Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering recognized by Singapore Professional Engineers Board
- Experience in supervision of building construction
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Use of Autocad would be an advantage
- Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
SITE SUPERVISOR – FOR STRUCTURAL / ARCHITECTURAL
JOB SCOPE
Responsible for executing the company projects in structural and architectural works in building construction.
Duties include:
- Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings
- Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
- Supervise structural/architectural works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
- Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
- Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- NTC/Diploma
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in supervision of structural/architectural works in building construction
- Able to use of computer would be an advantage
- Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
PROJECT MANAGER
JOB SCOPE :
Responsible for management and executing the company projects in building construction.
Duties include:
- Project management of building construction projects. Ability to oversee the entire process and knowledgeable in project management relating to all operational and administration procedures
- Carry out project planning, cost control, project management and documentation
- Provide the direction in construction planning, coordinate works with sub-contractors, Client and Consultants to ensure overall construction progress based on schedule of works
- Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
- Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with.
- Head a team of project staff
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Diploma/Degree holder
- Minimum 8 years with relevant experience in project management of building construction, preferably with HDB experience
- Dynamic and motivated personality with good communicative and interpersonal skills
- Good leadership to lead a team of project staff
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Possess Construction Safety Course for Project Managers Certificate
- Only Singapore and Singapore PR need apply
QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Job Requirements :
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building/Civil
- Able to do taking-off and contract administration
- Experience in construction will be an advantage
- Willing to learn and work under pressure
