As part of our expansion programme, we are looking for suitably qualified and highly motivated Malaysians to fill the following vacancy:
ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE (Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
- Generation of AR Invoices / receipt
- Preparation of monthly reports for review and analysis
- Preparation of accounting schedules and financial reports
- Closing monthly management accounts including AP and AR monitoring
- Efficient and diligent in following up on outstanding matters without reminders from others
Requirements:
- Able to handle full set of accounts independently, ie. hand on from initial accounting entries until final draft management accounts for audit
- Min LCCI higher
- Preferably 5 years working experience in commercial industry at similar capacity
- Required skill(s) : PC skills, Accounting Software - UBS and MYOB
CONTRACT EXECUTIVES / SITE QUANTITY SURVEYORS (Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
Pre & Post Contract Administration which includes:
- Preparation of project budgets, progress claims and tenders
- Administration of contracts and costs monitoring.
Requirements:
- Recognized Degree / Diploma Certificate in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
- Min 5 years related experience involving property development, consultancy or construction works
