PT. Nusa Halmahera Minerals is a gold mining and exploration company, operating a COW on Halmahera Island, North Maluku. The company is a joint venture between Newcrest Mining Limited (82.5%) and PT Aneka Tambang (17.5%).
Underground Mine Production Superintendent
The Company has one (1) vacant position for an Underground Mine Production Superintendent at Gosowong - North.Halmahera working a 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off roster.
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience :
Attributes
- University degree in Mining
- Ten years experience in Mining Industry
- Strong computer skills
- Well developed team work skills
- Fluent in English both written and oral
Deliverables
- Deliver safe, productive and profitable outcomes for the operation
- Liaise with Mine Planning and Mine Operations
- Provide short term (1 - 2 week) plans for the operations
- Provide input to Mine Planning in the development of meaningful mine plans and the monitoring of actual performance against planned performance
- Be proactive in issues with potential to cause production cycle delays
- Actively support all Business Improvement initiatives
- Support all Management initiatives in Safety
