Electrical Engineer (EE)
Key Duties:
This position provides leadership in preparing as well as controlling maintenance related activities to ensure WCM principles are followed and assets are maintained in ‘ best in class ‘ conditions. On daily basis this position provides day-to-day management of spare parts, machine lifetime, maintenance of infrastructure and utilities relates to production equipment and routine maintenance tasks performed by technicians and operators. He/she also provides technical training for operators as well as technical staff. This position requires close interaction with leadership team as well as implementation of WCM principles.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in electrical engineering.
- At least 5 years in technical experience, including equipment maintenance
- Computer skill for office software, Autocad, maintenance software and SAP.
- Strong influencing and motivating skills.
- Having good exposure in improvement and innovation.
- Strong analysist and problem solving skill in development and maintenance.
