Engineer, SCA
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plans and executes technical tasks requiring specialist skills in own professional area
- Works independently with the responsibility for solving customer request cases and reporting according to processes
- Identifies and solves technical problems
- Shares knowledge in own professional area
- Participate major upgrade/ migrations project execution
- May need to participate in emergency and 24/7 duty (additional pager allowance will be provided)
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Electronic Engineering/Computer Engineering/Telecommunications with hands-on experience in system support
- At least 4-6 years relevant experience
- Knowledge in Mobile Packet Core with IP Background
- Solid experience in Unix, Checkpoint and DNS Server
- Solid experience in Cisco/Juniper product
- Knowledge in GGSN, SGSN, PoC and IMS is preferred
- Self motivated and able to work under pressure
- A team player with good analytical and problem solving skills
- Fluent written and spoken English and Cantonese is required
