Assistant Manager, Spare Parts Department
Location : Shah Alam, Selangor
Responsibilities :
- Incharge of Spare parts Dept
- To determine Spare parts pricing base on feed back from market; duties structure; handling etc
- To determine business transaction procedure from from overseas and local suppliers
- To study pricing policy for spare parts & accessories to local; export & government tender.
- To review spare parts dealers yearly performance
- To improve customer’s satisfactions (dealers & end-user)
Requirements :
- Degree in related discipline with minimum 2-3 years working experience
- Proficient in English, BM and MUST be able to converse in Chinese and language dialects
- Result oriented, high integrity, pleasant personality and good working attitude
- Possess good interpersonal skills and able to work with minimum supervision
- Creative and innovative in problem solving
Executive, Accounts
Location : Shah Alam, Selangor
Responsibilities :
- To review & finalize the accounts on year end closing before audit
- To liaise with auditors on the auditing of accounts
- To prepare the estimation of tax computation for Company based on Business Plan
- To prepare the tax computation for income tax submission
Requirements :
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, LCCI Higher or equivalent
- Minimum 3 - 4 years working experience and able to handle full set of accounts
- Computer literate
- Familiar with ACCPAC accounting software is addded advantage
- Initiative, reliable and possess strong integrity
- Possess good interpersonal skills and able to work with minimum supervision
Senior Clerk / Supervisor Sales
Location : Shah Alam, Selangor
Responsibilities :
- In charge in communication and servicing dealer
- Handling customers inquiries
- Monitors marketing and sales activities against goals
Requirements :
- STPM / Certificate or equivalent with minimum 2 years working experience in Sales
- Computer literate
- Able to work independently & good working attitude
- Result oriented, high integrity, proficient in English, BM and able to converse in Chinese and other language dialects is an added advantage
- Possess good interpersonal skills and able to work with minimum supervision
- Willing to work long hours or during weekend
- Reward shall commensurate with performance achieved
Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance
Location : Shah Alam, Selangor
Responsibilities :
- Responsible in monitoring quality of localized parts & materials
- Responsible in controlling quality of finished goods
Requirements :
- Degree in Engineering with minimum 2-3 years working experience in automotive industry
- Result oriented, high integrity, pleasant personality and good working attitude
- Possess good interpersonal skills and able to work with minimum supervision
- Creative and innovative in problem solving
Supervisor, Quality Assurance
Location : Shah Alam, Selangor
Responsibilities :
- Assist in monitoring quality of localized parts & materials
- Responsible in compiling, analyze data and preparing report
- Responsible to any ad-hoc assignment from time to time
Requirements :
- Certificate / Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in automotive industry
- Good working attitude
- Possess good interpersonal skills and able to work with minimum supervision
Assistant Manager, Planning
Location : Shah Alam, Selangor
Responsibilities :
- Co-ordinating and monitoring implementation of model plan & introductions / accessories / kits development with related department
- Co-ordinating preparations of business plan
- Establishing smooth meeting and reporting system
- Ordering and monitoring CBU orders to KHI, Japan
Requirements :
- Degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain Management or related discipline
- Minimum 3-4 years working experience in automotive industry
- Result oriented, high integrity, pleasant personality and good working attitude
- Possess good interpersonal skills and able to work with minimum supervision
- Creative and innovative in problem solving
Executive, Government / Institution
Location : Shah Alam, Selangor
Responsibilities :
- Assist in formulating and implementation of sales strategy product development for government / institution sales
- Assist in market study and identify potential for gorverment / institution sales
- Ensuring good after sales service
- Establishing contact and maintaining good rapport.
Requirements :
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related discipline with minimum 1-2 years working experience in dealing with government / institution
- Result oriented, high integrity, pleasant personality and good working attitude
- Possess good interpersonal skills and able to work with minimum supervision
Assistant, Planning
Location : Shah Alam, Selangor
Responsibilities :
- Assisting in making preparations report / schedule for model plan & introduction
- Assist in preparing data and reports
- Assist in co-ordinating and orginizing meetings
- Assist in all administrative / general duties for Planning section
Requirements :
- Min STPM / Certicate in Administration / Secretarial
- Computer literate
- Good working attitude
- Possess good interpersonal skills and able to work with minimum supervision
