CAMPAIGN MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Female / Male, age max. 40 years old
- Minimal Bachelor Degree from reputable University, GPA ≥ 3,00
- Min. 3 years in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Experience in Consumer Banking (Credit Card Business) will be an advantage
- Excellent skill in English (oral and written) is a must
- Having good leadership and having knowledge in CRM operation, marketing and business
- Having good logic, analytical ability, strong interpersonal, Enthusiastic, Optimistic and friendly
- Having good manage, evaluate, implement skill
CAMPAIGN COORDINATOR
Qualifications:
- Female / Male, age max. 30 years old
- Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable University, GPA ≥ 3,00
- Min. 2 years in Marketing on Advertising, preferably with Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) experience
- Experienced in Consumer Banking (Credit Card) will be an advantage
- Excellent skill in English (oral and written) is a must
- Having good leadership and having knowledge in CRM Advertising, marketing and business
- Having good logical, analytical ability, Enthusiastic, Optimistic and friendly
- Good management, developing, negotiating skill
CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR
Qualifications:
- Female / Male, age max. 33 years old
- Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable University, GPA ≥ 3,00
- Min. 3 years in Customer Service and Marketing Role
- Excellent skill in English (oral and written) is a must
- Having excellent computer literate (MS Office)
- Having good leadership and having knowledge in Customer Service and Marketing
- Having good strong interpersonal skill and friendly
- Having good manage, customer skill needs
LOGISTIC COORDINATOR
Qualifications:
- Female / Male, age max. 33 years old
- Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable University, GPA ≥ 3,00
- Min. 2 years in field relating to logistic coordination or supply of material
- Excellent skill in English (oral and written) is a must
- Detail oriented, having good logical, communication skill, enthusiast, patient, and friendly
- Having good manage acquisition of material
TRAINING & QC COORDINATOR
Qualifications:
- Female / Male, age max. 35 years old
- Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable University, GPA ≥ 3,00
- Min. 2 years as Trainer, understand Training methods and tools (especially for customer service & front liner)
- Excellent skill in English (oral and written) is a must
- Having good leadership and having knowledge in develop material, arrange training session, refresher program
- Having good logic, analytical ability, strong interpersonal, Enthusiastic, patient and friendly
