The candidates must be graduated from at least Diploma Degree and have two (2) years working experience in the same position. Having a minimum POP certificate is a plus for Supervisor, and POM for Superintendent. Candidates must have a similar role in the previous company (we prefer those from Coal Mining Industry & Heavy Equipment Dealers). Candidates must have good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. Ability to operate MS-Office, willingness to work hard and having high motivation are obligatory.
