PT TJB Power Services - We are O & M Company of Tanjung Jati B Power Plant, 2 x 660 MW Coal Fired Plant Located in Jepara, Central Java currently seeking a high caliber Environmental Officer to fill the vacant position urgently.
HR ASSISTANT
The successful applicant will be responsible for all HR Administrative works such as Payroll, Compensation and Benefit and employee archive, provide HR data and records and keep confidentiality data.
- Having not less than 5 years experience handle all HR matters.
- Having solid knowledge about Payroll calculation
- Fast learner & have a good conceptual and analytical skill
- Ready to work hard and under pressure
General Requirement
- S1 Degree from Human Resources or Psychology.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Good presentation, report writing skills and computer literacy.
- Computer literate like SAP HR, Excell esp. Pivot Table, MS Office, etc.
- Work Location at Jepara - Jawa Tengah.
