Testing Engineer iV Product Engineering
Responsibilities :
- To prepare testing program according to electrical test specification
- To ensures and maintains most updated testing programs to be used in final testing area
- To devise and implement testing efficiency
- To ensure good / reliable products are assembled / electrically tested / delivered according to customer / published requirement
- To train and supervise product engineers in the duties of test job preparation
Requirements :
- University graduate in Electronic / Electrical Engineering
- 2 years or above working experience in field of Semiconductors testing
- With knowledge of SAP or other ERP system implementation experience
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Knowledge in Teradyne tester
- Proficient in PC software such as Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, Words, Database programming, etc.
- Well organized, self-motivated, independent, strong interpersonal, good communication and presentation skills
Equipment Engineer - Equipment Engineering
Responsibilities :
- To perform backend taping, testing, laser marking equipment set up, release, sustaining and improvement of performance
- To drive equipment upgrade / enhancement to optimize and improve productivity and operation efficiency
- To provide necessary training to LM/EM to upgrade their skills of repairmen to reduce downtime continuously
- To define and monitor preventive maintenance program
- To prepare machine spare part budgeting , ordering , and to implement control
Requirements :
- University graduate in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- 2 years or above working experience in Semiconductors especially in the area of backend equipment
- To be familiar with Semiconductors backend equipment such as tape & reel, prober, laser marker and the processes
- Capable to handle both mechanical & electrical part of equipment
- Good drawing skill and proficient in PC software such as AutoCAD, Excel, PowerPoint, Words, etc
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese with good interpersonal skills. Putonghua is an added advantage
Process Engineer - Manufacturing Engineering
Responsibilities :
- To manage the sustaining assembly processes, and initiate process, quality, productivity & cost improvement
- To update engineering document such as FMEA, control plan, manufacturing instruction
- To qualify and evaluate materials, processes, and machines related to responsible process(es) and new products
- To respond to internal and external complaint on products and processes, and analyze / trouble shoot problems in production
- To organize training for sub-ordinates and/or production
Requirements :
- University graduate in Manufacturing Engineering, Applied Science or equivalent
- 2 years or above working experience in Semiconductors assembly industry
- With knowledge in Semiconductors backend process
- With solid experience in new process & control plan setup
- Good analytical skills to define problem root cause & preventive action
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese with strong presentation & interpersonal skills. Putonghua is an added advantage
Senior Engineer - Subcontracting Management
Responsibilities :
- To prepare testing program according to electrical test specification
- To support the Subcontracting strategy of IS&O
- To support package development, qualification, registration and release process
- To support and interface with Business Lines for technology transfer projects
- To support the product reliability, auditing, yield analysis and failure analysis process
- To lead the cost reduction programs to meet the annual target
- To support the continuous quality improvement and handle quality complaint
- To interface with engineering community and subcontractors’ engineering
Requirements :
- University graduate in Engineering/Electronics Engineering, master degree is advantage
- 6 years working experience in semiconductors manufacturing (Assembly and Test) with about 2 years supervisory experience
- Good working experience in technology transfer management, quality improvement and cost reduction
- Good knowledge and experience in semiconductor devices fabrication and electronics packaging will be advantage
- Familiar with manufacturing process flow, logistic and quality management
- Good communication skill as well as problem solving technique
- Sensitive to the market trends; work independent and under pressure
- Strong leadership, good team work and sense of responsibility
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is an added advantage
- Proficient in MS Windows, Word, Excel, Project and Powerpoint
