DPO Application Specialist
Basic Purpose:
To continuously provide support of the DPO (Drilling, Production and Operations applications) and data on day-to-day Company operations. Ensure that all DPO applications are properly maintained. To ensure all DPO users have knowledge of applications resources available and know how to use.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum S1 (Bachelor) degree in Engineering or Computer Science an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5 years experience in supporting Production Operation application and its database in Oil and Gas Company.
- Demonstrable knowledge and capability in DPO Applications client systems, client operating systems, network operating systems, and management tools and techniques. Technology certifications are beneficial
- Demonstrable knowledge and capability in a broad range of Production reporting data workflow.
- Documentation of stable work performance, excellent ability to provide DPO-application support, good teamwork, good analyst/problem solver, good communication skill that is friendly and positive, good at anticipating future needs, self starter, able to balance priorities and meet deadlines, good at follow up, creative, good at carrying out project management plans.
- Analytical skills with a practical approach to problem solving
- Accountable for successful implementation of consistent availability of software across all hardware of the same platform within ConocoPhillips. Success is measured by on time and quality implementation of all assigned tasks in this area and ability to maintain consistency of software already made consistent.
- Accountable for successful provisioning of temporary dedicated resources where assigned and return to consistency within assigned time. Success is measured by on time and quality implementation of all tasks and on time and quality return to consistency.
- Accountable for successful implementation (carrying out) of software failure response program(s), insuring continuous availability and performance of DPO software applications to the Upstream Application Services Team Lead. Success is measured by zero down time and satisfaction by Upstream Application Team lead of quickness and quality in solving software problems.
- Accountable for ongoing and continuous communication of available resources (especially software and features of applications) to all members of the DPO users. Success is measured by demonstration that communication is ongoing and continuous and those examples are documented showing visible increase in productivity of members of the DPO Teams by use of the communications.
- Accountable for assessing training needs of the Drilling and Production Operations users and coordinating it. Success is measured by satisfaction by DPO Teams of adequate training and well-coordinated scheduling; courses attended are applicable to current DPO Projects.
- Accountable for providing on-the-project training to members of the DPO Teams. Success is measured by showing examples of actual upgrade in skills of DPO Team members though DPO-applications Specialist active participation as part of DPO team in successful on-time completion of their project.
- Excellent in spoken and written English
- Strong in computer and database management (e.g Production Data Management Allocation and Reporting application, Real Time Operations, HYSIS, Landmark EDM, Excel Macros, etc )
MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR – ONSHORE
Basic Purpose:
- Maintenance supervisor function is to provide safe maintenance supervision and to deliver superior quality result at low cost of services on site, in conjunction with maintenance execution to complete each of the Maintenance (Planned and Unplanned) activities.
- In generating maintenance budget proposal, supervising the budget execution, monitoring the result, analysis and feedback for next budget and in compliance with Company s HSE policy / regulation and meet with standard QA/QC, incumbent is assisted by Jakarta HSE Advisor.
- The incumbent responsible in promoting Safety Health Environment Management System (SHEMS) and ensure crew performance is in compliance with COPI SHEMS and will solely responsible in managing maintenance day to day activities, keep tracking people and equipment Performance and Progress Statuses and reports directly to the Maintenance Superintendent.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years experience in field maintenance and has ever been working on the oil/gas industry, or 5 years experiences for S-1 degree in Mechanical.
- Capable of demonstrating a strong leadership and interpersonal skill, having Technical knowledge, speak and write good English and capable of working and living with onshore multinational environment.
- Occupy a working knowledge of basic computer operation for initiating work programs, planning, monitoring and controlling each of the activities in maintenance Team by utilizing an integrated Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP).
- The position will seek opportunities to communicate well with other department s head / leaders, especially for data gathering, communicating the result of analysis and in coordinating the assigned tasks.
- Understand and Sensitive to any changes to the parameter of maintenance s performance, capable to identify the quality and standard for each activity.
- Capable of performing site Inspection, Trouble-Shooting, Analysis, Preparing Recommendation, Taking Decision as well as measuring systems performance and reliability for continuous improvement.
ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN
Basic Purpose:
Carry out schedule and unscheduled electrical maintenance tasks as directed to fulfill the requirements of the maintenance plan and ensure to meet high safety standard operation of the facilities and its equipment.
Proactive in safety regulations, HSE compliance and company s goals.
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum Requirements:
- Education : Min. D3 electrical graduate.
- Experiences : Min. 5 - 10 years in operating and maintaining electrical facilities in chemical, oil, and gas industry.
Technical Skills and/or Other Requirements:
General:
- Have knowledge of NEC and hazardous area classifications, NEMA motor starter size and rating.
- Ability to maintenance and repair of Gen-Set, motors, Diesel/Turbine engine prime movers, fire monitors system, HVAC, and have knowledge of safety protection devices to meet high standard operation.
- Have knowledge of Process Flow Diagrams and identify of critical equipment.
- Capable to work in remote area with self supervising and under pressure.
- Able to read and interpret electrical drawing of single line and control wiring diagrams.Ability to operate specific electrical tools, insulation meter, radio detection /TDR and HV tester.
- Prepare and validate work permits, Job safety analysis, pre job safety meeting, lock out & tag out to facilitate work orders.
- Have knowledge of HV and LV sub-station, HV and LV insulation procedures, HV and LV power distribution, MV motor control centre.
- Understand of electronic control modules, Variable Frequency Drive of motor controls and operation of UPS system.
- Capable to work for HV Switch Gear Metal clad breakers and MV breakers.
- Ability to demonstrate correct methods of measurement current, voltage on AC/DC system, phase sequences.
- Capable to describe types of motors control circuits for single and three phase, AC / DC and troubleshooting.
- Completion of mandatory technically training of SAIT level 4, 3 under matrix supervised company s and third party mentoring.
- Proactive in safety regulations, HSE compliance and company s goals.
- Manage tools, company s inventory, and housekeeping.
Specifics:
- Coordinate with electrical supervisor to perform work order completion under schedule priority.
- Basic knowledge and use of Maximo program inventory and work order software.
- Willing to improve and adapt knowledge of electricity new technology in general.
