Principal Electromechanical Project Engineer
Electromechanical Engineer with minimum 5 to 7 years of experience. Experience in EPC projects is a must. Experience in EPC water/waste water treatment plants project is a huge advantage
Required skills :
- Considerable experience in electro-mechanical equipment sizing/specifying to be integrated in EPC projects with respect to design parameters, contractual obligations and project targets.
- Experience in electricity, automation and instrumentation is a huge advantage.
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineer graduated from reputable universities, local or overseas.
- Fluent English in speaking and writing is essential
- Robust presentation & communication skills
- Management skills essential
In this position, the PRINCIPAL ELECTROMECHANICAL PROJECT ENGINEER reports to the Engineering Manager and will:
- Define design parameters & compliant solutions to meet customers specs in coordination with the Engineering Manager and Project Manager
- Analyse/optimise designs using appropriate design tools, learnt lessons & knowledge base
- Point of contact as technical officer, for project clients
- Point of contact with equipment vendors from commercial/technical inquiry stage to project completion.
- Produce/Compile/Review technical specs / qualifications plans & procedures / test reports
- Produce/Compile/Review operation and maintenance and commissioning manuals
- Direct/control assigned sub-ordinates work tasks
- Compile/maintain/publish monthly project / technical progress status reports in conjunction with the Engineering Manager
