Project Manager (PM) (based in Pangkal Pinang)
Requirements:
- Male max 35 years old
- Bachelor degree in Architect/Civil and Master degree in Finance/Marketing is a must
- Having related experience as Project Manager or Project Coordinator in property area/real estate min 5 years
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Selection process will be held in Jakarta or Pangkal Pinang
- Fluent in Mandarin is a plus
Marketing Coordinator (MC)
Requirements:
- Male/Female max 35 years old
- Having experience min 3 years as sales/marketing in property/real estate is a must (having experience as sales coordinator is an advantage)
Sales/Marketing Executive (ME)
Requirements:
- Male/Female max 28 years old
- Having experience as sales/marketing, especially in property min 1 year
General Requirements:
- Minimum asscociate degree in any major (MC & ME)
- Motivated person, strong negotiation and good communication skill (all position)
- Out going person, wide and good networking (MC & ME)
- Willing to be placed in Balikpapan (BLP), Makassar (MKS), Samarinda (SMD), Banjarmasin (BJM) and Pangkal Pinang (PLP) (MC & ME)
- Selection process will be held in Jakarta, Makassar, Samarinda, Balikpapan, Banjarmasin, and Pangkal Pinang (MC & ME)
