Quality Management System Engineer (Muar)
Responsibilities:
- To coordinate ISO9001 & ISO/TS16949 QMS implementation and maintenance.
- To enhance the internal audit team training and competency to achieve continuous improvement.
- To perform QMS, process and product audit at incoming, in process and outgoing to ensure compliance to customer and ISO requirements.
- To report to management on the weekly/monthly audit findings and the related corrective action plans.
- To coordinate the customer audit, follow up on customer’s findings and corrective/preventive action plans until effectively closure.
- To coordinate the 3rd party and corporate audit, follow up on their findings and corrective/preventive action plans until effectively closure.
- He/She shall be appointed as Quality Management Representative and liaise with all the quality system related matters.
- To attend/reply to customer’s inquiries/score cards on quality system matters.
- To work on quality system improvements projects - RoHS, WEEE and others.
- To follow up audit effectiveness of action plans.
- To be responsible for the plant quality system.
- In charge of all quality system documentation.
- To execute any other duties assigned by the superior
Job Requirements:
- Degree in any Engineering, Science (Physics) or Quality Management
- Experienced in electronics manufacturing for minimum of 3 years working experience in ISO9001, ISO/TS16949 QMS, ISO14001 EMS and OHSAS18001 working environment.
- 3 years experienced in performing internal audit is a must.
- Knowledge in Quality Systems: FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, DOE, PPAP/APQP, etc. will be added advantage.
- A strong team leader, capable of analyzing, solving problem and making decision on all quality system matters.
- A team player with good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Assembly QA Engineer (Muar)
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer quality incidents.
- Manage quality engineering related activities of assembly and test.
- Conduct quality system assessments
- Ensure qualifications and changes to processes, equipment and materials
- are managed per specifications.
- Manage customer audits/visits.
- Ensure 8D reports are of the highest quality.
- Work with operations on continuous improvement plans towards zero defect program
- Ensure process control like spc, material review board, internal corrective actions
- and ESD control are effective.
Requirements:
- Degree in engineering related field and 1-2 years experience in quality and reliability function.
- Management/team leading skills. Able to lead team through quality process.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent in interpersonal/communication skills.
- Effective presentation skills.
Test & Finishing QA Engineer (Muar)
Responsibilities:
- Perform process audit on manufacturing
- Perform electrical failure analysis on EQA reject units and work with Q&R division
- for possible root cause and improvements
- Manage EFR, NCL and Anomalous lots
- Work with process engineer for line quality assurance to achieve zero customer complains
- Perform equipment buyoff or qualification before releasing for HVM
- To work on request or feedback from customer or FQS on quality issue
- which is related to the plant
Requirements:
- Degree in electrical/electronic engineering
- 1-2 years experience
- Able to communicate effectively and provide guidance to QA tech and QC operators
- Knowledgeable in computer and database management
