Compensation & Benefit Manager (Code: CBM)
Responsibilities:
With function to implement strategic plans for staff employment by designing accurate manpower planning, providing employees with competitive compensation and benefit packages and running integrated HRIS and payroll system so that employees will perform their best in working and grow up with the company.
Requirements:
- Male, max 35 years old
- Minimum of S1 or bachelor degree from Law, Psychology, Management, Business Administration or other discipline fields
- At least 7 years related experiences working in big industries which have at least 5000 employees with 3 years among them are in managerial level.
- Having helicopter view of HR functions, strong leadership , team work oriented, result oriented, sharp analytical skill, presentation skill, an excellence communications and negotiation skill
- Having knowledge and hands-on practice on modern HR Management of Performance management, compensation & benefit, competency-based HR Management
- English proficiency both oral and written is a must
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Assistant QS Manager
Responsibilities:
In charge for pretender and tender administration and post tender contract issues for BOT project.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalentwith min GPA3 .00
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Job role in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent
- Full-Time positions available
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably those who has the experience in handling and manage ME tendering
- Dynamic and energetic and able to work under pressure with tight deadline
- Able to work independently with little supervision
- Conversant in English is a must
- Knowledge in FIDIC contract is an advantage
Assistant Buyers
Requirements:
- Min D3 from any discipline
- Female with minimum 2 years working experience as Buyer
- Age maximum 30 years old
- Preferably those who has the working experience in retail business( Supermarket, Hypermarket or Dept store
- Dynamic, energic and able to work under pressure and long hour
- Able to work independently with minium supervision
- Conversant in English is an advantage
