Operation Staff (Production/Engineering)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure production/engineering run smoothly and meet the operation target
- Recommend and carry out improvement at work place
- Ensure good housekeeping in the work areas.
Requirements:
- SPM/Certificate/Diploma with relevant working experience
- Those with experience as operator or fitter in manufacturing or process industry welcome to apply
- For Engineering positions, experienced in pumps, rotary equipment and engineering store an added advantage
Supply Chain Staff (Warehouse, Shipping, Weighbrid)
Responsibilities:
- Handle various duties in our Supply Chain Dept
- Prior experience in any of these areas ie. shipping, forwarding, warehousing, logistics and weighbridge an advantage
- Ensure accurate data entry & record keeping
- Report any issue arising from daily operation immediately.
- Update and check in the SAP system regarding daily material received and despatch.
- To verify documents details against actual
Requirements:
- SPM/Certificate with related working experience
- Computer literate
Lab Technicians
Responsibilities:
- Analyse raw materials, intermediate & finished products
- Compile test data into lab database system accurately
- Assist in maintaining and handling general upkeep of documents to meet the ISO standards
Requirements:
- SPM/STPM (Science stream with exposure to lab)
- Fresh & experienced Certificate/Diploma holders from Polytechnics are welcomed to apply
- Computer literate
UTILITY SUPERINTENDENT
Responsibilities:
- Plan and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance and trouble shoot Boilers, Cooling Towers, Air Compressors and Facilities Equipment
- Establish control standards and procedure to ensure efficient functioning & safe operation of steam generating and distribution system
- Plan and monitor utilities spare parts and inventory
- Prepare and attend to Boiler Annual Shutdown
Requirements:
- SPM/STPM/Diploma holder with Grade 1 Boilerman Certificate.
- Vast experience in boiler operation
- Able to work as a team and manage a group of boilerman
- Strong leadership skill
ECI ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
- Lead and plan repair and maintenance work to ensure plant reliability through proper planning, coordination and implementation of electrical, control and instrumentation equipment.
- Responsible for operations, maintenance, and improvement of plant process control systems
- Ensure that Electrical and Instrumentation practices are carried out in accordance with the site engineering procedures and meet the requirements of the Electric Regulations Act 1994 and company’s engineering practices.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical/Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering
- 2-3 years working experience
- Familiar with local regulations pertaining to equipment and building safety, environment compliance and OSHA regulations
- Familiar with DCS, PLC and Engineering Documentation
- Strong leadership skill
TECHNICAL SERVICE CHEMIST
Responsibilities:
- Lead R&D projects including planning, collating & analyzing information and results between QA and Production.
- Assist in setting up Technical Service including sourcing, evaluating and commissioning of TS equipment.
- Collating technical and application data pertaining to products and eventually assist Superior to “translate” into value sell.
Requirements:
- Degree in Chemistry or any related discipline
- Preferably 2 - 3 years working experience in R&D or Technical Service Lab preferably in lubricant environment
- Exposure to Statistics application and application analysis will be an advantage
- Independent and able to work in a dynamic environment.
- Strong PC skills in Microsoft word, Excel & Power Point
- Excellent spoken / written English
- Well-versed in ISO 9001:2000 quality control & procedures with knowledge of the latest quality management practices
