PT. Ecco Tannery is The first class leather manufacturer, located in Sidoarjo, has expanded the business by installing new machines and automation equipment. Due to this expansion, the company needs a person who will be appointed as :
MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE CHIEF ( MMC )
Responsibility:
Monitor & maintain existing machineries & equipments to ensure they are in good working condition to minimize delays in the production activity. Set up and implement quality system to achieve better result of measurement system. Lead and coach a team of mechanics or electricians.
Qualification:
- Male; age 30 – 40 years old
- Minimum a bachelor degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from reputable university.
- Minimum 7 -8 years of experience as Electrical / Mechanical Engineering in multinational environment.
- Familiar with SAP and Plan Maintenance system (PMS).
- Mastering Seven Tools Problem Analysis, preventive maintenance, Green belt project
- Excellent knowledge and skill in Maintenance & Trouble shooting of PLC, MMI, LV/MV Panels / Electronic & Instrument Equipments.
- Good communication skills and excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical, conceptual thinking with good communication skill and appropriate leadership and able to work under pressure & work as a team
- Honest, self-motivated, independent, creative & innovative
