2G ENGINEER AND 2G ENGINEER SPECIALIST
REQUIREMENT
- Has hands on experience with 2G/2.5g in Ericsson Network at least 2 years for 2G Engineer, 3 years for 2G Engineer Specialist
- Familiar with Ericsson’s RF feature and parameter for GSM/GPRS
- Familiar and experience with Ericsson’s tool, such as MCCM, CNA, Winfool and OSS RNO
- Has experience with GSM Network improvement for SFH and Baseband network
- Has good knowledge with GSM Concept, Frequency Planning and RF feature
- Able to perform network statistic analysis, accessibility, retain ability and integrity
- Able to perform drive test analysis and post processing data
- Able to perform network trouble shooting for high drop call (sdcch/tch) low success rate (sdcch/tch), low handover success rate
- Able to perform analysis and read GSM network alarm information
- Has good attitude and able to have good communication with team, leader and customer
3G ENGINEER AND 3G ENGINEER SPECIALIST
REQUIREMENT
- Has hands on experience with UMTS Network in Ericsson Network at least for 2 years 3G Engineer, 3 years for 3G Engineer Specialist
- Familiar with Ericsson’s RF feature and parameter for WCDMA
- Familiar with Ericsson’s tool such as MCCM, MOSHELL
- Able to perform network statistic analysis, accessibility, retain ability and integrity
- Able to perform drive test analysis and post processing data
- Able to perform WCDMA trouble shooting for high drop call (CS and PS), high admission congestion low itc connection and low CSSR for CS, PS
- Able to perform analysis and read WCDM alarm information
- Has good attitude and able to have good communication with team, leader and customer
