MARKETING SALES & PLANNING MANAGER (MSPM-E)
Responsible :
- To make sure Marketing Sales and Product team work in the right path as their functions, and follow the SOP or management policy.
- Managing all aspects in marketing, human resources as sub ordinate, and administration.
Requirements :
- Female not more than 35 years.
- Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Minimum 5 years experience as Finance and Accounting Manager.
- Strong knowledge of financial report, accounting.
- Computer literate. Good leadership and interpersonal relationship.
PPIC MANAGER (PPICM-E)
Requirements :
- Having experience minimum 2 years of PPIC in pharmaceutical manufacturing, in Managerial level
- Max 35 years old, bachelor degree in Technique
- Excellent in English with communication skills.
- Management skill, excellent leadership in all of job aspect and human aspect
FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING MANAGER (FAM-E)
Responsible :
Assisting FA Manager Group for managing all aspects of finance and accounting in the company.
Requirements :
- Female not more than 35 years. Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 5 years experience as Finance and Accounting Manager, preferable from Manufacturing. Able to make feasibility study, forecasting and budgeting control.
- Strong knowledge of financial report, accounting principles and tax regulation.
- Computer literate. Good leadership and interpersonal relationship. Fluent in English both oral and written.
BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER (BIM-E)
Responsibilities:
Evaluating business process and key parameters in each department, proposing changes in business process, writing new SOP, improving results of those key performance indicators, and evaluating business results based on proposed changes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the improvement type of activities of min 5 years.
- Previous experience in managing operation of department and managing subordinate.
- Proven track record in creating improvement in result of key parameters.
- Understanding of Balance Score Card, ISO, Six Sigma, SOP writing is a plus.
- Team players with excellent strong communication skills.
