One of our business units, PT. BARA MUTIARA PRIMA (BMP) is a coal mining company, with area of exploration activities is located in Musi banyuas in Regency, South Sumatra. Currently BMP is undergoing Mine and Supporting Infrastructure construction and under a 20 years supply contract with the National Utility Company’s, BMP is due to make initial deliveries into 3 new coal Fired Power Plant in West Java for approximately 2,4 million tons per-annum. We are looking for a dynamic professional who is willing to take increased responsibilities and challenges for the following position:
OPERATION / SITE MANAGER
Job Description:
- Ensure stockpile areas are properly managed
- Liaise with Mining Personnel re product quality requirement
- Liaise with Shipping Department to ensure barging and quality schedules are appropriate
- Ensure mobile plant at operation is fit to purpose
- Oversee continuous ongoing management of all site activities
- Reviews efficiency improvement potentials in all areas
Requirement:
- Good understanding of legal procedure in mining industry
- Good understanding in procedure of Kuasa Pertambangan (KP)
- Responsible for all activities from mining site until shipping
- Having more than 5 years work experience in project management with minimum 3 years experience in similar position
- Candidate has to be willing to be based in South Sumatra.
OPERATION DIRECTOR
Job Description:
- Manage the coal mining operation:
- Taking care of entire operational issues
- Managing the operation, commercial and other functions.
- Develop annual and monthly plan
- Achieve the result as per plan
Requirement:
- Min. Mining Engineering Degree from reputable University
- Having more than 10 years work experience in project management with minimum 3 years experience in similar position
- Preferably experienced in coal mining industry
- Outstanding leadership skill, honest, self motivated and result oriented
- Possess excellent English proficiency.
- Candidate has to be willing to be based in South Sumatra
HR & GA MANAGER
Job Description:
In charge of Human Resources and General Affairs Department, Including HR Procedures, Recruitment, Payroll, Competence & Performance Management, Insurance, Expatriate Licenses, Company Licenses, has strong ability to lead HR & GA teams.
Requirement:
- Excellent knowledge of Indonesian social and manpower regulations, Indonesian Labor Law and Immigration regulations for Expatriate.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Payroll Systems, Competence and Performance Management Systems.
- Self driven, negotiator, strong communication skills, organized and service oriented
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Law from reputable university; S2 Degree would be and advantage
- Good commands of English.
- Around 8 years of working experience in HR Management with 3 years experience as Manager in Construction Company in Oil & Gas or Mining industry.
- Candidate has to be willing to travel extensively to South Sumatra.
FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION DIRECTOR
Job Description:
- Responsible for overall financial reporting and fiscal procedures, investment policies and procedures, information technology, human resources and the day-to-day administrative activities
- Timely preparation of the financial statements for the stakeholders
- Analysis of business performance of the Company through budgeting
Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) of Finance/Accounting or Business Administration from reputable university; preferable MBA Degree / S2.
- Having more than 8 years experience in related field with minimum 2 years experience in the same position
- Preferably experienced in mining industry background.
- Possess excellent English proficiency (both oral and written) and computer skill
- Has strong interpersonal, analytical and reasoning skills.
- Having experience in Big 4 Public Accountant Firm would be an advantage
- Candidate has to be willing to travel extensively to South Sumatra.
