Requirements:
- Min. 4 - 5 years experienced in Plant Management
- Expertise in technical process of plastic related material with fiber glass specialties production process in prerequisite.
- Honest, hard working and discipline work ethics are must.
- Continuous improvement in cost reduction, efficiency & quality improvements.
- Ability to assist and monitor marketing & sales efforts
- Has a good personality and strong leadership
