Business Analyst
Major Responsibilities:
The role is part of the Technology team and exits to provide support to the Cards Business through eliciting, analyzing, communicating and validating requirements for changes to systems & business processes. We are seeking a quality driven individual known for maintaining high business standards to meet the demands of this responsible role.
Your role as Business Analyst will be critical. You will act as the conduit between the Business and the Technology team on defects and requested initiatives for software changes including BRD build and prioritization. Your responsibilities will also include, establishing high level functional and technical documentations and sign offs and providing effective solutions for identified issues in accordance with objectives and priorities of the business. As part of the quality testing/UAT process, you will be required to develop and execute accurate test scenarios.
Qualification:
To excel in this role you will need to have a prior experience of 4-5 years in Business Analysis of the Credit Card business including an exposure to project management principles. You are also expected to be fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia. A degree in Computer Science with GPA of 3 and above is desirable, though not essential.
