PT. Multi Tambangjaya Utama (MTU) is a mining company operating in Central Kalimantan. In the second quarter of 2007, MTU has been acquired by Asia Thai Mining Company Limited (ATM), a holding company incorporated in Thailand. ATM, either directly or through affiliated companies has an extensive experience in the development and operation of mining interests, particular in respect of coal mining interests. Through its subsidiaries, it is involved in the exploration and development of several coal mines in South East Asia. It targets million tons of coal to be delivered each year.

Manager / Asst. Manager
Responsibility:

  • Develop, improve and maintain good understanding and relationship between the company and the surrounding communities, government and local functions in order to run its business smoothly and efficiently.
  • Handle Local government bodies in processing to permits and licenses.
  • Assist Mine Operations in dealing with many levels of other institution, government and private sector, for contract purpose, solving problem and other necessary approach.
  • Handle and solve problems closely with Mine Head, Local government, etc.
  • Advise management according to the appropriate action may be taken and try to minimize harmful regulatory decision
  • To be stationed in Central Kalimantan

Qualifications:

  • Indonesian Citizen
  • Male aged 40up
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Political Science/ Social Science/ Public Relations or related fields
  • At least 5 years experience in Public Relation/ Community Development or in related fields in Coal Mine in Indonesia
  • Flexible, hard working, work well under pressure
  • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of related local Kalimantan laws especially Central Kalimantan
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Bahasa
  • Computer literacy especially Microsoft office programs

Community Development/ Government Relation
Responsibility:

Qualifications:

  • Female, Single with age max. 25 years old
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Min. 1 year experience as Receptionist
  • Good appearance as Receptionist
  • Min D3 degree from any discipline
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Familiar with PC of MS Office
  • Preferably stay around south of Jakarta
