PT Sea World Indonesia, a company in recreation, conservation and oceanic is currently seeking for experience and competent professional employee to join in our team as :
HUMAN RESOURCES – LEGAL (HR-L)
Requirement :
- Female, single, age max. 26 years
- Bachelor Degree majoring Business & Industries Law (GPA = min. 2,75, scale: 4.00)
- Experience min. 1 year in Notary Office / Law Firm or business company
- Expert in labor law, company law and contract law;
- Capable with the matters related to employment, company law and agreements with third parties;
- Can create a juridical opinions and provide feedback of legal matters to management;
- Making a general meeting of shareholders and the distribution of dividends;
- Handling permissions government of licensing company and employment;
- Handling administration for human resources multi task (attendance, leave, overtime, making daily report HR, insurance claim medical, etc)
- Maintain and compile database file of legal and human resources (HR) matters;
- Active, communicative, able to work under pressure, responsible and usually to work with minimum supervision
