Real Estate Officer
You will be responsible for updating real estate databases, handling store’s complaints, looking for new location, and negotiating with developers
Qualifications:
- Min. S1 in Civil Engineer, Architecture, or Planology (GPA ≥ 2.75)
- Male / Female, max 30 years old
- 1-3 years experiences in operation area in property/ developer/ building management OR in real estate department in banking industry
- Having good logic & strong analytical ability.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, & communication skills
- Fluent in English (both oral & written) and excellent in MS Office.
- Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang
