In coal mining business, SARL has 2 coal producing projects in Indonesia (Sebuku project, South Kalimantan and Jembayan project, East Kalimantan). Receptionist
Requirements:
- Female, Single, Max 28 years.
- Min. Associate Degree.
- At least 2 years experiences as Receptionist.
- Possess strong experiences as Operator Telephone, Travel & Accomodation Arrangement and Public Relation.
- Capable to operate computer (Word and Excel).
- Good English communication skill is a must.
- Good performance, friendly, polite and easy to adapt with any different working environment.
- FRESH GRADUATE are welcome to apply.
Task and Responsibilities:
- Controlling out going company calls and Public Relation.
- Responsible administering:
1. Incoming and outgoing calls.
2. Register received incoming letters to distribute to the right person concern in time.
3. Arrange letter to be send by courier agent from all division. - Organize ticket, travel and accommodation for employee as acknowledge by the Department Supervisor
- Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Office Manager

CAD Operator
Requirements :
- S1 Graduate
- Experience above 5 Years in CAD Operator
- Computer literate excel & words
- English Literate is preferable
- Willing to be placed out of Jakarta
Job Descriptions :
- Prepare design drawing, shop drawing and as built drawing.
- Sometimes work out quantity, recording data.

Deputy Quality Management Representative
Requirements :
- Male/Female, age max. 40 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree.
- Minimum 2 years experiences direct experience in marine and onshore construction company.
- Must have certificates IRCA Lead Auditor in QMS, OHSAS and EMS
- Have experience as consultant, assessor or MR will be good advantage.
- Fluent communication in English verbal & written is a must.
- Willing to travel to job site
Job Descriptions :
- Responsible in implementing QMS, OHSAS and EMS.
- To assist MR to develop, maintain, review and update quality, HSE Document (SOP/WI, Quality Manual, Relate Form etc) in order to comply with ISO standard 2001:2008, OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001.
- Document Control.
