HR Administration Support (AS) CIKARANG Based & Short Term Contract
Responsibilities:
- To administer personnel files and maintain accurate records
- Provide ad-hoc services to the HR Comp and Ben team at the direction of the Payroll Supervisor; & Comp & Ben Manager
- To administer the day-to-day operations of the HR administration for Compensation and Benefit
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Minimum D3 (Secretary/Admin)
- Excellent MS Office Skills
- Proficiency in English both verbal and written
- Attention to Detail
- Independent and able to work well in a team.
VM-WI Engineer (Cibitung Based) (VM-WI)
Part of Method department to develop the working instruction in all work stations and make it visual. Responsible for working instruction and visual management in the factory. Responsible for the Environment and Safety program of ME department.
Requirements:
- Graduate S1 from Technical University Majoring Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 3 years practical experience in advanced manufacturing field. Prior experience as Mechanical or Electrical Engineer desired.
- Fluent in oral and written English.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, clearly results oriented, flexible and proactive, clear identification with company goals, high initiative and positive thinking
- Will be placed at Cibitung
Lean Architecture Design Methodology - LADM , Spv (Cibitung Based) (LADM,Spv)
Part of Method department to do the Lean Architecture Design Methodology (LADM) to improve all the work stations in the lean concept. Responsible to design the new stations, or redesign existing work station to be lean and ergonomic. Responsible for the Environment and Safety program of ME department.
Requirements:
- Graduate S1 from Technical University Majoring Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
