PT LATLON - We are an Indonesian Telecommunication Company invites suitable candidates to join us for the following position:

Engineering Rigger (Home Base: Region and Java Area)
RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIREMENT OF THE JOB:

Fully understand about safe rigging requirements
Hands on to use measuring tools such as GPS, compass, manual and digital antenna tilt meter, etc
Familiar in antenna info reading, feeder and tower type
Able to operate MS Excel and Word
Having rigging certificate and life insurance will be prioritized will be a benefit
Ability to work anywhere in Indonesia and occasionally abroad.

Engineering RF (Home Base: Region and Java Area)
RESPONSIBILITIES:

To follow customer standard for its documentation.
Monthly customer Presentation –Monthly Reporting, summary of action.
Coordination with related Customer for solving issued problem.
Familiar with Radio RF, Optimization work and trouble shooting in area.
Enable for Engineering Survey to collect data from the field in order to collect latest update data status and making necessary documentation.

REQUIREMENT OF THE JOB:

Minimum Diploma III Telecommunication with 2 year experience in the same position.
Formal and familiar with telecommunications standard Tools ( Nemo tools, Optimization and Survey Tools), and also familiar with Computer Program (specialized in MS Office and Others Program).
Fluency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken is a must.
Good interpersonal and communications skills.
Independent, self-motivated and well organization work style.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work on field to site survey report.
Preferable having good understanding for customer standard.
Ability to work anywhere in Indonesia and occasionally abroad.

RF Optimization (Home Base: Region and Java Area)
RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIREMENT OF THE JOB:

Minimum Diploma III Telecommunication with 2 year experience in the same position.
Experience in optimizing 2G or 3G networks, i.e. BSC or Cluster size
Formal and familiar with telecommunications standard Tools ( Nemo tools, Optimization and Survey Tools), and also familiar with Computer Program (specialized in MS Office and Others Program).
Able to process Drive test data through reputable Drive test analysis tools, e.g. TEMS Analysis, Active, Nemo Analyze.
Understand RF Parameters and value, e.g. Handover parameter, Idle parameter and Power control
Fluency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken is a must.
Good interpersonal and communications skills.
Independent, self-motivated and well organization work style.
Ability to work under pressure.
Preferable having good understanding for customer standard.
Ability to work anywhere in Indonesia and occasionally abroad

2G/3G Expert (Home Base: Region)
RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIREMENT OF THE JOB:

Minimum Diploma III Telecommunication with 2 year experience in the same position.
Formal and familiar with telecommunications standard Tools ( Nemo tools, Optimization, Survey Tools and post processing tools ), and also familiar with Computer Program (specialized in MS Office and Others Program).
Fluency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken is a must.
Good interpersonal and communications skills.
Independent, self-motivated and well organization work style.
Ability to work under pressure.
Preferable having good understanding for customer standard.
Ability to work anywhere in Indonesia and occasionally abroad.
