HEAD OF INTERNAL AUDIT (HIA)
Requirements:
- Male, Age max 40 years old
- S1 or Master degree in Accounting
- Having 5 years experience in preparing audit plan, audit program and conducting audit field work,
- Must have experience working in manufacturing industry / factory
- Experienced in preparing audit report and follow up audit progress report
- Able to handle any relevant ad hoc or consulting task
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Having good interpersonal skill and good working in team
- Must be hardworking, trustworthy and result-oriented;
- People-oriented and able to relate to all levels well
- Initiative and high motivation, as well as a good motivator to the team.
- Excellent English and communication skill
- Leadership skills and distinctive management competence
- Willing to travel to site
INTERNAL AUDIT STAFF (IAS)
Requirements:
- Male, max. 30 years old
- Min. S1 Accounting from reputable university
- Min. 2 years of working experience in reputable public accountant or internal auditor, experience working in manufacturing industry / factory is a must
- Having experience as head of administrations in manufacturing industry / factory will be advantage
- Having good interpersonal skill and good working in team
- Willing to travel to site
MARKETING OFFICE (MR-OFFICE)
Requirements :
- Male or female, age below 28 years old
- Overseas graduate in Diploma Degree Marketing or Business Management
- Have experience 1-2 years in marketing property, preferable in leasing office
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill
- Fluent in English, both oral and written, also preferable can speak in mandarin language
- Able to work under in high pressure, multiple-tasking, achieving tight deadlines and can set differentiate priorities
- Good appearance, self motivated, creative, energetic, and good team work.
MARKETING RETAIL (MR-Retail)
Requirements :
- Male or Female, age below 28 years old
- Min. Diploma Degree in Marketing or Business Management
- Have experience 1-2 years in property marketing especially in mall leasing
- Have good relationship with retail company
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Good appearance, self motivated, creative, energetic, and ambitious toward goals and target
