Middle East Coal - We are fast growing Coal Mining Company. To develop the team we need qualified and competent candidates to fill the following position in the field :
SECRETARY/ PERSONAL ASSISTANT - PROJECT DIRECTOR
Qualifications :
- Male
- Minimum S1 Degree in Engineering, possible but not mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in the same field & positions
- Ability to effectively respond to sensitive issues, complex inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, supervisor, and/or management
- Able to develop & improve the execution team / work forces
- Good proficiency of English: Both of oral & written (min. Passive)
- Computer literate
- Able to finish the jobs with minimum supervision in timely manner, familiar with working under pressure
- Good team player, honest, hard worker, independent and discipline oriented spirit
- Would be able to start immediately
- Willing to travel to the mine/remote site area.
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION MANAGER (Sangatta)
Qualifications :
- Male, age between 30-35 years old
- Minimum Engineering degree in Civil/ Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering/ Equivalent.
- Total experience 10-14 years, out of which 5 years minimum experience should be in Contract.
- Person from Mining/ Infrastructure industries would be preferable.
Responsibilities:
The responsibility of this position will be to have close coordination with Construction/ Project Managers to understand any variation in quantities or any other variation which requires Change Orders and to administrate all Contracts at site. He will report to Head Procurement at Jakarta. The brief profile of this candidature are :
- should be conversant with terms and conditions of high value Infrastructure/ Mining contracts
- should have knowledge of handling claims
- should have knowledge of contract administration
- should have experience in writing contractual letters
- should have experience in handling Change Orders etc.
COMMUNITY RELATIONS OFFICER (Sangatta)
Qualifications :
- Minimum Diploma III in Public Relation or relevant subject (i.e. Economics, Industrial Relations)
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar positions particularly with mining industry
- Reasonable knowledge on land’s laws and regulations related to mining, environment, local government, forestry and land affairs
- Excellent interpersonal and public communication skills
- Experienced in facilitating and leading communication activities with both local non-governmental organizations and community organizations
- Be fair and honest in all dealings through being up front and honest, give credit where credit is due and act for the good of the team
- Good skill of problem solving
- High ability of reporting both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Able to communicate in English (spoken & written)
