PT Gunung Sewu Kencana is one of the biggest investment and management groups of unconsolidated companies in Indonesia. Gunung Sewu Kencana has 3 core businesses; agribusiness, property and life insurance as well as several other investment portfolios, ranging from mining, information technology and manufacturing. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is willing to take increased responsibilities and challenges for the following position:
Finance & Accounting Manager
Responsibilities :
- Monitor financial activities which are relevant to the responsible business area such as taxation, credit policy, cash flow and investment policy, costing and expense control, and property administration to ensure they are within operating policies and procedures and to recommend any cost-effective or efficient actions for sustained profitability
- Provide and interpret financial data to provide management information on cost allocation and controls, comparison of results against budget, income and expenditure analysis, etc
- Analyze and recommend appropriate financial processes / activities considering the business implications, cost and consistency with current and future business directions
- Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements
- Understanding of Indonesia Tax knowledge is a must
- Ability to monitor and manage other related accounting duties.
Requirements:
- Male, Max 45 years of age.
- Post graduate qualification in Finance or Accounting, MBA degree is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of similar experience and role in Finance & Accounting area
- Experience in property industry is a plus.
- Independent, meticulous, organized and ability to work under pressure and deadline.
- Strong analytical, reporting and problem solving skills.
- High accuracy and excellent administration skills, ability and under pressure
