Leighton Contractors Indonesia is an operating division of Leighton International Limited. We are currently recruiting for a number of staff to fulfill some positions in our expanding Mining & Civil based Projects predominantly in Kalimantan, Indonesia.
Position: Vocational Training Manager
Location: Balikpapan
The requirements:
- Bachelor degree from any discipline
- Min 8 years experience as a Leader in a Vocational Training and Development Department in a Mining Environment.
- Good knowledge on MS Office and knowledge of Indonesian and external Vocational Training Qualification Frameworks.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Able to develop competency based design and assessment.
- Able to execute the company training vision with strong communication across all projects site.
- Have a good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
