Sr. Executive – Personnel & Industrial Relation (Kalimantan)
- Male, age max. 35 years old.
- Graduated S1 majoring in Human Resources/ Industrial relations, or Management.
- Experienced min 4 years of relevant experience in mining industry.
- Willing to work on the Mine Site/ Remote Site Area with roaster schedule.
- To be placed at Muara Wahau – East Kalimantan.
Job Description:
Responsible for all personnel function including attendance, roaster, industrial relations, leave administration, overtime, regulation implementation, conduct and discipline.
